One-on-One Personal Coaching and Support

Whether you just have a question or need some additional guidance with one of the worksheets or exercises, you can always reach out to us for some help. Just send an email message with a brief description of your issue, and I will reply with a response, usually within 24 hours.

Personal coaching appointments will be made only after a free consultation. They will typically run either 30 or 45 minutes, depending on the complexity of the subject matter.
